Where we began
Bay Luxury Hotel grew out of Hanoi’s own small streets. Starting with one modest address in the Old Quarter, we expanded step by step into a system of seven properties across Hoan Kiem, Ba Dinh, Hai Ba Trung and Long Bien districts, plus the Ocean Park 2 township in Hung Yen.
We do not chase scale or star ratings. What Bay Luxury pursues is one consistent standard of experience: central locations that save your travel time, immaculate rooms that guarantee good sleep, and warm people who make you want to come back.
To us, the word "Luxury" is a promise of care - in crisply made beds, in a welcome drink, in the front desk’s patient directions - not a price bracket.
