Why we chose this path
Like most small hotels in Vietnam, Bay Luxury once relied almost entirely on OTA channels to sell rooms. Those channels bring steady demand, but with meaningful commission costs and a certain distance between the hotel and its own guests. A direct channel lets us offer guests better rates while understanding and caring for them from well before check-in.
